These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VibeMix(the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

VibeMix generates music playlists from a seed artist and can export them to your connected streaming account. Features, limits, and availability may change over time.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your connected streaming accounts.

Third-party platforms

The Service interacts with third-party platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes to their APIs. VibeMix is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms.

Plans & billing

The Service offers a free tier with monthly limits and paid plans (subscription and one-time). Pricing and features are shown at checkout. Where applicable, fees are non-refundable except as required by law, and subscriptions renew until cancelled.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass usage limits, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, infringe intellectual property, or violate any applicable law or third-party platform terms.

Intellectual property

VibeMix and its branding are our property. Music metadata and content belong to their respective owners and the platforms that license them.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that exported playlists will perfectly match across platforms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeMix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
